Las Vegas
Air Conditioning and Heating we are specialist in the
method of moving heat. If you want heat to be removed
from your home or your commercial building we can do
that. If you want heat added to your home or commercial
building we can do that.
Las
Vegas, Nevada is a very hot and dry desert, all of our
air conditioning systems are rated to be in high
temperatures of 105 degrees Fahrenheit. The number one
most common problem we find with air conditioning
systems in the summer are bad condenser fan motors just
cause they over heat and that helps burn out the
windings.

The way
an air conditioning system works is by removing the heat
from inside your home to outside of the house where the
heat doesn't matter. When air from inside your home is
being sucked into the return grill, the air is moved
into the air handler where the evaporative coil is
located the evap coil remains at a temperature of 40
degrees Fahrenheit this helps the air to be cooled once
it passes the evap coil. The air that is being sucked in
from the return and the air being distributed through
the rooms in the home is usually a 20 degrees different
in temperature. So if its 75 degrees in your home or
commercial building from your supply grills is going to
be blowing out 55 degree air.

Don't Know What A SEER and EER Rating Is?
Air conditioning and heating equipment is generally rated for efficiency by the
manufacturer to help determine which A/C system is most
suitable for a your residential or commercial building. This energy
efficiency ratio (EER) is calculated by taking the
output in (British Thermal Unit) BTU/hr and dividing it by the input in wattage.
The higher the EER rating, the better the energy efficiency.
Seasonal energy efficiency ratings (SEER) take into
account the cycling of the equipment power on and off and are
generally considered to be a higher indicator of actual
air conditioning and heating equipment energy efficiency. The SEER rating is like Miles Per
Gallon (MPG) for a car. The Air Conditioning, Heating,
and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) rates the publishes
of
these ratings.
