They were very tidy, put down drop cloths around the work area in the house and were very careful both inside and outside the house. They checked/corrected some minor details as they went along and did a first class installation job.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service that has been extended to me and my late husband. Last November Jacob Bailey came to our home to give us an estimate for duct cleaning and possible air conditioning replacement. From the moment he entered our home we sensed what a gentleman he was. He assessed our needs in a cordial and efficient manner. We were given written estimates and a time for the duct cleaning. As it turned out my husband's condition worsened and he was hospitalized. In January of this year he passed away.

Jacob had stayed in touch with me, calling from time to time to see if I was ready for the work to start. In March we set up a time. Due to rainy weather I believe we had to reschedule at least twice. I appreciate so much your patience with me in the matter. The day Jacob installed the air conditioning unit was beautiful. They were careful about laying drop cloths, moving furniture and generally very efficient not to mention the way they cleaned up during and after their job.

Michael and Richie were equal to their task also. They showed up on time ready to go and exhibited the same courtesy and efficiency as Jacob. Being respectful of my home and its furnishings.

In conclusion I want to thank you for being fair in adjusting the fees due to some unavoidable damages. Again thanks to Jacob who stuck with me through the whole process. You have a valuable employee in this young man.
